Key Account Manager

Manage key accounts that he/she is responsible for.
1. Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth.
2. Develop, implement a multi-annual strategic plan concerning a key account and transform it to an annual operation plan.
3. Manage the team of account managers.
4. Responsible for the results reached, and propose the annual budgets

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Commercial degree with Sales / Marketing Mgt.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years sales experience, must have been on the ground selling.
B2B and some marketing experience a must.
SAP an advantage.
Superior Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Account Manager must be Portuguese speaking.

KEY RESULTS AREAS:
Ensure a sustainable and profitable mutual growth.
Develop a transverse relationship at different levels with customer and ensure strategic alignment.
Understand the Customers overall business and activities.
Manage Key Account Team.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Willing and able to travel extensively.
Account Manager must be Portuguese speaking.
