The roleof Legal Associate: Banking & Finance will involve the following:

• Dept financing
• Empowerment funding
• Securitisation
• Capital markets
• General funding practise
• Working closely with clients as well as managing elements of transactions

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have to possess the following:

• 1 - 3 years post article experience inCorporate & Commercial or Banking & Finance Law
• A financial background
• A strong academic record
• Work experience in a practice, in a corporate Firm
• A passion for Corporate Law
• A track record of providing innovative solutions to complex transactions
• Strong analytical skills
• Achievement orientated
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
