The Consumer Protections Act Associate must bea consumer protection law specialist. The candidatewill be an associate within the Competition and Regulatory practice group. The role will involve advising on all aspects of the CPA particularly in relation to compliance, compliance training, knowledge management, drafting of opinions and various commercial documents.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate must have the following:

• LLB
• Admitted Attorney
• At least 1 year post article experience<BR>• Commercial drafting experience<BR>• Extensive experience on the Consumer Protection Act, 2008
• Experience in advising in and thorough understanding of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008
