The Diversity Manager, based in Gauteng, will be responsible for providing leadership, consultation and advisory services that will inform the business on local and global trends in diversity and transformation. The role will report into the business unit HR manager and will be tasked with driving the transformation strategy of the organisation by aligning it to the business.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or the behavioural sciences
• A sound understanding of human resources concepts and processes within the context of the service delivery model
• 5 - 7 years experience in HR, transformation and diversity
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage with various stakeholders
• Ability to work at an operational and strategic level
• Must currently be working as a Diversity and/or Employment Equity Manager
• Previous experience in the oil and gas sector would be an advantage
