As the Head of Customer Engagement your key responsibility is to develop strong relationships with the Lines of Business and various Business Heads in Group Technology in order to ensure infrastructure services are provided accordingly by shared services and Service Management. Your responsibilities will include:
• Relationship Management- Establish overall customer strategy, and ensure that all involved understand their roles and inputs
• Demand Management- Accountable for Demand Planning relating to customers requirements and demands
• Service Management Monitoring- Accountable for Demand Planning relating to customers requirements and demands
Who we're looking for
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Detailed knowledge of customer relationship management and account management
• Has a thorough understanding of Infrastructure technologies
• Strong understanding of the business climate and technology needs in company locations globally
• Significant background in managing customer relationships in a multiple global projects and initiatives
• 5 - 8 years experience in banking, preferably in finance, business management accounting and customer engagements.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant industry, professional services or management consulting experience
