This senior managerial role will be required to operate at both strategic and operational level and is responsible for acting as a senior business player that contributes to the overall success ofthe group shared services functionwith a thorough understanding of the interface between other disciplines e.g. operations and functional areas as well as the macro environment.
Design, align and implement a people strategy for Group Shared Services by integrating and translating the Business Strategy into a people strategy that supports the group HR strategy and priorities for both the Shared Services environment as well as for immediate operation.
• Strategic leader and advisor to the respective Exco on HR related matters
• Ability to operate independently as Senior Manager: HR, for Shared Services
• Manages the various elements of the HR service delivery model as an integrated Function within the BU
• Defines, builds, directs and manage the HR function relevant for the time and market trends
• Ensures optimal use of the HR service delivery model to enhance quality and cost optimization
• Ensure the execution and maintenance of appropriate policies, processes and practices
• Create /enhance a culture of engagement, high performance and motivation in the organization
• Manage holistic employee wellness
• Manage all relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Lead a large team of business partners within Shared Services
• Contribute to strategy and policy development within the Group
Who we're looking for
• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in a HRBP/HRC role
• at least 6-10 years in a managerial role
• a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role and/or the team size exceeded 18+ sub-ordinates
• Hons Degreein HR or Behavioural Sciences and relevant Business Diploma (Must)
• Masters-degreein HR or Behavioural Sciences or MBA will be advantageous
• Experience in similar businesses environment as an HR Manager will be advantageous
