The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective deployment of talent management, leadership development and organisational effectiveness programs across the South African and Sub-Saharan African region. The ability to identify appropriate leadership development and organisational effectiveness interventions as well as deploying the organisation's global curricula will be key to this position.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of Organisational and Learning Development lead will have the following skills and experience:
• A post graduate qualification in HR/Industrial Psychology
• Minimum of 10 years experience in talent management and development
• Project management experience<BR>• Minimum of 5 years experience in instructional design and curriculum management
• Sound business acumen
• In-depth knowledge of management and professional development vendors and external programs
• Excellent written and verbal skills (English and another local language)
• Ability to handle conflict and take personal accountability for their actions
• Experience in a multinational organisation is highly desirable
