As the Change Manager you will Takes ownership for building and maintaining a Change Management competence within the Business at a practitioner, leadership and individual level. You will also be required to provide Change Management consulting services on assigned Strategic Programme as well as Develop and maintain the appropriate Change Management approach, method, practices and tools.
You will be required to:
• Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
• Identify people related risks for each program and implement mitigation plans
• Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
Who we're looking for
Minimum qualification - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
6 to 8 years work change management experience
