• Researching and drafting of opinions
• Depending on existing experience, assisting in either prosecution, litigation or anti-counterfeiting departments
• Assisting with the day to day running of the Brand Enforcement practice

Who we're looking for
• Recently admitted Junior Attorney with a law degree from a recognized SA tertiary institution or international equivalent
• Completed articles essential
• Between 1 - 2 years post articles IP related experience advantageous
