As Team leader, you would be responsible for the management of sales,logistic, assembly and service teams in the Western Cape region. You would be responsible for the successful delivery of the organisations mechanical drive products, managing the entire assembly branch. You would be required to lead and develop a team by providing necessary training, resources and tools. Client centricity is of utmost importance in this role, as all responses need to handled efficiently. You would need to formulate and implement strategic plans to grow the mechanical drives business in the region. You would report to the Head of Operation and would be required complete reports relating to sales,finance and assembly. The ability to communicate effectively on all levels is imperative.
Who we're looking for
- A B Eng (Mechanical)
- Relevant experience managing a team in a workshop environment
- Experience in mechanical drives would be highly advantageous
- Experience dealing with clients in OEM and mining sectors is essential
- A resilient nature with the drive to succeed
