This role is the creation and implementation of Change Management interventions that minimize change resistance and maximize employee engagement in initiatives undertaken within the Human Resources Service Delivery Model and the broader Group Human Resources Strategic Portfolio within the Client's requirements.
Who we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR with a minimum of 8 years experience in a HR Management role or a BA / BCom in HR or Industrial Psychology and 5 years experience in a HR Management Role.
Consulting experience as Change Management Consultant and project management will be a definite advantage
