2. Engaging the business user community to analyse complex, multi-country business requirements
3. Specification of business logic using various purpose-built meta-data management applications
4. Communication and change management

Who we're looking for
1. Superior function and data modeling capabilities. Working knowledge of 4th normal form, object oriented and attribute dependency data-modeling highly advantageous
2. Excel at applied mathematics, naturally gifted at sophisticated modeling and complex problem solving
3. Is competent in a number of programming languages, have worked with procedural languages, object orientated languages, database technology and different operating environments
4. Have worked with raw data, preferably large transaction volumes
5. Strong application documentation skills, ability to determine the absolute minimum amount of documentation needed and the discipline to perform the specific documentation to the highest standards
6. Working knowledge of SDLC methods and processes
