The roleof Human ResourcesOfficer role, based in Johannesburg, will be to provide a specialist service to internal customers on various HR related issues. The successful candidate will require excellent knowledge in the following areas:
• Staff sourcing
• Benefits management
• Employee relations
• Experience in representing organisation at the CCMA (essential)
• HR administration and the ability to compile WSP's (essential)
• BEE legislation (essential)
• Induction training
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role must have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
• a relevant tertiary qualification
• at least 3 years experience in HR
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• excellent administration skills and a basic understanding of accounting
• above average negotiating skills
• customer orientation
• high achiever with the ability to work well under pressure
