Successful candidates willneed to take care of day to day IT support and assistance to the end users, providing them support. Maintaining SLA and timely resolution of calls.
Key Performance Areas include:
o Installing, trouble shooting windows XP, windows 2000 professional desktops
o Configuration to access the network resources, Drives, Printers
o Maintaining IP enabled printers
o Supporting end users for desktop problems
o Installing and configuration of desktop applications
o Understanding of remote support and management application like Damware, PCanywhere, VNC
o Coordinating and follow ups with vendors
Who we're looking for
Personal Attributes:
o Professional, Excellent interpersonal skills
o Strong communications skills in both written and verbal
o To be able to work efficiently in pressure situation and after hoursif required
Qualifications & technical requirements:
o Bachelors Degree in IT or IT as major would be preferable
o 2 years post qualification experience on datacenter operation
o Experience on Microsoft desktop application support
o Experience on IP based printers and Multifunction devices
o Sound knowledge of PC hardware
