As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Project manage systems enhancements and new development
• Management of project managers within Central IT Development team
• Drive implementation and maturation of PMO
• Prepare and manage project initiation documentation, project plan and the delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope
• Provide regular project status and feedback to appropriate governance structures
• Maintaining and publishing an accurate and current project plan
• Prepare project costing and priorities of projects

Who we're looking for
• B-degree or similar
• 5 or more years project management experience
• 2 or more years within an established PMO environment
• Experience in Insurance industry preferred
• Insurance background
• Project management professional qualification essential
• Working within a formalised enterprise wide PMO essential
• Experience in varied project management methodologies and knowledge of current project management trends
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology projects
• Business analysis methods
