My client is in the process of deploying several new IT systems; an ERP, a terminal management system, (TMS) and Refining IT to the new affiliates within the Africa region. As the project manager you will be required to manage the Implementation of these solutions within the Africa region. Your responsibilities will include:
Project management
• Deliver Navision projects to the business in Africa.
• In leading the project candidate must:
o Have a good understanding of the business context and the business requirements.
• The candidate must also demonstrate all the normal project management disciplines:
o Be responsible for all aspects of the project and its success
• Candidate must be able to think through problems, applying logic and sound judgement to reach conclusions and obtain solutions
• Candidate must demonstrate capability to make decisions

Who we're looking for
• Undergraduate University degree from a university universally recognised for its academic excellence
• Minimum 7 years' experience in information systems
o Minimum 12 months experience as a software programmer or as a software tester
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Navision or similar ERP project manager
o All aspects of project must have been under your direct control
 Includes resourcing & financial management, reporting and stakeholder management
o Projects must have a minimum of 5 resources under direct command
o Projects must have involved a minimum 1000 days of effort from resources under direct command
o Projects must have delivered value to the recipient
• Ability to produce management-level deliverables as well as lead the work
