Manager: IM Integration

As the Manager: IM Integration division you will be responsible for facilitating and managing all IM and KM-related requirements arising from the Projects and Engineering business process, formulation of appropriate solutions to address the given requirement and ensuring the successful implementation of the solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identify, analyze and understand IM, IM and KM and integration requirements / opportunities
• Interact with operations management and IM specialists to optimize process designs
• Define, design and deliver IM, IM and KM and integration solutions and ensuring the integration of IM, IM and KM systems and functionality
• Manage IM, IM and KM projects and initiatives
• Ensure adherence to ICT governance and change control and ensure standardization and integration of business processes
• Management of Outsource Partners
Who we're looking for
• A relevant 4 years B degree or equivalent
• MBA, MBL or equivalent Post graduate qualification advantageous
• 10 years relevant experience in the fields of:
- Projects and/or Engineering Disciplines
Information Communication Technology (ICT)
- Process re-engineering and business process modeling
• Advanced understanding in the following systems:
- Engineering Systems:
o SAP PM, PS, BW
o Drawing Management Systems
o Asset Management Systems
-Project Systems
o Capital Procurement (Lotus Notes)
o Project Control Systems
- Information Management
- Knowledge Management
- Collaboration Tools
