The role of Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
• managing the recruitment and selection of new hires
• coordinating the training and development of staff members
• managing relationships with external shareholders
• management of the HR budget
• talent management
• employee relations
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for this position should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• 5 -7 years experience in Human Resources with proven expertise in talent management
• Work experience in a global consulting environment or professional services firm is highly desirable
• Possess a good understanding in South African labour law
• Good understanding of people management processes
• Proven track record in delivering HR initiatives
• Ability to work in a high paced performance driven environment
