The role of HR consultant will have the following duties and responsibilities:
• managing the recruitment and selection process
• provide an HR advisory service to line managers
• manage training and development initiatives
• oversee performance and development
• implement OD and HR projects
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
• An HR related tertiary education
• At least 5 years experience in a financial services institution
• Solid experience in recruiting at all levels
• Experience in transformation and skills development
• Experience in employee relations
• Change management
• Project management experience with a proven track record in delivering HR projects
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong implementation skills
