Design and Implementing Microsoft Solutions
Support sales and presales activities covering Microsoft projects including RFP
processes
Design, implement and support Microsoft PKI infrastructure

Support Design team in Designing and implementation of Microsoft solutions
Support sales and presales activities involving Microsoft projects including RFP
processes
To lead on aspects of Microsoft Solutions from requirements capture/definition
through concept demonstrators to creating, testing, integrating and delivering
mainstream operational products, packages, projects, services or platforms.
The work may range from investigating new technologies to developing scalable and resilient
solutions.
To provide and/or lead teams providing Microsoft technology & IT advice and/or
professional services to both internal and external clients.
To modify or adapt existing designs but also be involved in the design of systems
architecture, networks systems and the development (including integration) of overall
solutions.
To demonstrate competence in own area; may still be acquiring higher level skill;
typically works with minimal guidance on own area of knowledge.
To interpret client or Business Unit/LoB needs, assess the full requirements, and
identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
Could be responsible for managing and developing people and could fulfil the
team/group leader role. The post holder will understand the regulatory, fair trading and
competition rules and have an awareness of the Code of Practice relating to their
work sufficiently to be able to comply with them, relying on their own knowledge or on
their ability to recognise when they will need specialist support.
Who we're looking for
At least 10 years of experience in Different technologies of Microsoft.
Should have experience in the field of IT, expert in designing, Implementing, and analyzing
the infrastructure on top of Microsoft Technology including Exchange and Active Directory
with current market demand.
Experienced Systems Architect. Pre/Post Sales, design, implementation, maintenance, and
upgrade design of most of Microsoft Technologies.
Expert in designing DNS and Name resolution supporting huge infrastructures including
Microsoft and Bind Technologies
Expert in Windows Directory Services (NT 4.0, 2000, 2003 and 2008)
Expert in Exchange Migrations including (Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003 and 2007)
Expert in Design and Secure Infrastructure using ISA Server
Expert in MOM Design, Installation and Configuration
Expert in SMS Design, Installation and Configuration
Expert in SCOM Design, Installation and configuration
Expert in SCCM Design, Installation and Configuration
Expert in Microsoft RMS solution Design, Installation and Configuration
Expert in Microsoft PKI Design, Installation and Configuration
Certificate Services Design, Installation and Configuration
Microsoft Network Access Protection Design, Installation and Configuration
Expert in Server Consolidation using Virtual Technologies (VMWARE, Virtual Server 2007)
Work Experience of Lotus Notes
Expert on third party Messaging security solutions like Iron Mail and Inter-Scan firewall.
