The main duties and responsibilities of the Junior OD/Process Improvement Consultant will be to:
• Establish an Integration Programme schedule in conjunction with the Training Centre and facilitate training of dealership management and employees for the region of responsibility
• Assist dealerships within region of responsibility to set up and implement all system activities and weekly improvement team meetings
• Coach and mentor the dealership management teams within region of responsibility
• Manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer services
• Ability to support a team of individuals through a change management process
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should posses:
• a relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree)
• 2 - 3 years experience in OD, systems implementation and training
• a solid understanding of six sigma methodology and process analysis
• good administration skills
