As the Business Analyst - Lean, you will be responsible for providing system solutions through analysis of business requirements and user acceptance testing. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for establishing business needs utilising LEAN Methodology amongst others
• Responsible for analysing internal business user requirements utilising LEAN Methodology amongst others
• Responsible for document specifications: Business requirements
• Systems Integration Specifications
• Use case & functional/non-functional requirements
• Keep IT department and other stakeholders up to date on business requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing on basis of requirements
• Complete training material for project delivery
Who we're looking for
• Relevant degree and/or insurance qualification or completion of formal Business Analysis training
• Preferred Qualifications: Project Management
• Exposure to LEAN Methodology
• 5 years experience as a business analyst
• 3 years project management experience preferred
• Minimum period required to function productively in this job: 1 - 3 months
