You will be responsible for the operational implementation of the HR strategy within the business, by providing day-to-day HR generalist support, in a manner which is compliant with statutory requirements, aligned with HR Policy & Procedure, is customer focused and delivers value to business partners. The main areas of responsibilty will be recruitment, HR project, performance management adn compensation and benefits.
Who we're looking for
• Relevant B Degree
• 8 years post qualification experience as a HR Generalist
• Experience in a multinational / global environment
• Working knowledge of employment legislation i.e. LRA, BCEA etc
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Deadline driven
• Advanced MS office skills
