The candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class, next generation virtual instructor-lead modules and coursework based on clients' workflow and business requirements. He/she will support campaigns and training activities to the benefit of the wider regional Direct organisation. He/she will conduct research and prepare for training using the knowledge acquired via the Knowledge Live certification and the designed interactivity toolkit. Furthermore, the candidate will be required to obtain expertise in the role, continuously build personal knowledge of the financial markets, the firms clients and products. He/she will affectively manage training and training requests while working as part of a virtual team to build valuable remote training offerings and content.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of Knowledge Network Specialist, based in North Johannesburg, should have the following qualifications,experience and skills:
Qualifications:
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience in the design of training and learning courseware
• Masters Degree and/or Learning- and Training-related professional certifications will be advantageous
Experience:
• 3-5 years professional experience in customer services, training, telephone-based product support, financial markets
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of remote instructor-led training
Required skills:
• Customer support, training or desktop design role or equivalent experience 
• Excellent verbal and written region-appropriate language skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
Desirable skills:
• Credible, engaging presentation delivery (especially via remote media)
• Deep understanding of industry-standard training applications
• A passion to learn and master new tools
• Clear understanding and appreciation of the instructional design process
• Exceptional writing and editing ability
• Online video development experience
