• As the Systems Application Specialist you will focus primarily on specialised applications such as iWorks Prophet, pControl, etc. used within the actuarial environment that requires a specialised knowledge base and skill set to provide second line support to the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Implement Business systems
• Software Applications Programming
• Prototypes- Design and/or develop complex system prototypes for own and relevant interfacing systems across different software and hardware platforms into complex system prototypes
• Technical Documentation
Who we're looking for
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a programming diploma from a company approved institution
• 6 - 8 years relevant Information Technology experience is required of which 2 - 4 years experience must be within an Actuarial System environment
• 1 - 2 years experience supporting specialised applications
