Business Support Manager

The role involves the following key performance areas:
• Business lead and owner for the development, deployment and support of information to optimize commercialization of the company field force
resources
• Setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the sales for in liaison with the Marketing & Business Support Manager, Country Managers and Human Resources Department and the implementation and follow up the same.
• Develop an annual incentive plan that delivered upon commercial needs & meets ITC requirements and conforms to given guidelines and
implement and manage the same
• To drive improved SFE and productivity by developing a standard national strategy for sales force effectiveness
• Responsible for overall data integrity and quality assurance for sales force incentive payouts, sales force sizing and structural analyses, sales
force metrics and other data measurements related to sales
• Assist Commercial Operations in the management of the business planning process, as required by the operation as well as the ITC Region
• Complete and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by the operation both in sales and Field activity and provide
analysis and comment on aforementioned reports
• Continue to develop the Management Information Systems (MIS) to maximize Targeting, Territory Management alignment and Segmentation
Best Practices, and to provide a portal to the Company for key commercial information
• Contribute in the preparation of SEA budget(s)
• Organise Market Research on various proposals as per the requests received.

Who we're looking for
The following are required:
• BSc / BCom qualification essential
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the
pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in the successful management of projects
• Advanced skills in Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates analytical & planning strengths
• Ability to work in a cross-functional manner
• Ability to constantly and constructively challenge both her/himself and others
• Willingness and ability to travel
