The purpose of the role of HR Business Partner, based in Pretoria, is to provide integrated HR solution and generalist service to BU.
It includes reward and performance management, recruitment, Industrial Relations and admin. There are set financial-, client service-, process- and people outputs that the candidate will be responsible for. The financial includes for the candidate to effectively and efficiently manage human capital costs and reduce the financial risks of employing unsuitable candidates. With regards to client service, the candidate will have to ensure that client queries are dealt with proactively and accurately. Furthermore, the candidate will be on the front line of servicing and interacting with clients of the institution. Outputs with regards to the process includes for the candidate to initiate and drive HR programs and initiatives, placing considerable focus on retention, scaling and culture issues. He/she will have to coordinate time, responsibilities, resources and productivity to meet targets and standards set by Leader. In addition, he/she will have to maintain and update all personnel files and remuneration documents. Finally the people outputs include for the candidate to establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, support staff and client. He/she will be responsible for attracting, growing and retaining top talent.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will have the following education, experience and skills:
• Relevant HR Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 5 or 6)
• Knowledge and understanding of the banking sector
• 4-5years relevant experience<BR>• Oracle experience
