This role is responsible to maintain, co-ordinate and optimize the usage of all the applicable SAP HR software systems. The role needs to initiate appropriate interventions within the Operational Group to optimize the utilisation and performance of all the HR systems. This is done through interventions such as advice and guidance, upgrading, training, trend analysis and report design.
The Business Support Manager has a specialist focus to lead the function towards industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Incidents and Bugs fixes
o Management of the receiving and resolving all incidents and bug fixes
• Change requests, enhancement packs, functional updates and standard requests
• Projects
o Compile business requirements specifications (partner with business representatives and project resources)
• 1st line support
• Ad-hoc bulk data uploads
o Facilitate the template with application management
• End use access: New user requests, Role assignments
o Assist users with completing appropriate IM documentation
• Authorisation Role Design changes
• Client Liaison
• Maintain good corporate governance
Who we're looking for
• Finance / HR qualification Degree or Diploma
• Advanced SAP HR training / accreditation
• 8 - 10 years SAP HR processing or support experience
• SAP HR configuration interpretation
• SAP HR Authorisations
• Process design and optimisation
• SharePoint knowledge
