The successful candidate for the role of HR & Recruitment Manager, based in North Johannesburg,will be required to source and manage the recruitment of expatriates which is linked to the company's expansion into Africa. In the initial stages, the role will require extensive travel into Africa therefore the ability to be mobile will be critical. The successful candidate will need to possess sound knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice as well as an understanding of immigration laws across a wide range of African countries.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidates for the role of HR & Recruitment Manager will have as a minimum:
• A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
• At least 7 years experience in recruitment and selection, including expatriate management
• Experience in large multinational organisations
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• An understanding of immigration law
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies
• Be able to converse in Portuguese (essential requirement)
