The Associate / Senior Associate - Media and Telecommunications person will need to conduct the following:
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements relating to technology, electronic communications, e-commerce, data protection and consumer protection.
Who we're looking for
• Admitted attorney with 1 - 4 years post article experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the laws relating to technology, electronic communications, e-commerce, data protection and consumer protection are required, together with experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements of this nature
• Experience and knowledge of the laws relating to media, telecommunications, broadcasting and advertising will be advantageous
• Candidates must be analytical, have an excellent command of English and superior drafting skills
