The Sales Manager must run thesales pipelines and ensuring increased sales growth.
• Analysis on local market and competitors to enable you to identify the sales gaps and the implementation of action plans to address this.
• Responsible for the Branches in the Catchment reaching their Sales targets.
• Drive and support National and Provincial Sales Campaigns.
• Understand Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and service plan to deliver on customer needs/ expectations and targets
• Track progress and performance against sales plan and targets as reflected in BSC (profit growth, Liability growth, Sales Index, VSI and customer retention)
• Build relationships with customers by engaging with customers on a regular basis (i.e. customer feedback sessions)
• Assistance and support to branches by interacting with Branch Managers.
• Support and assistance to Area Manager.
• Introduce new sales initiatives and sales campaigns within the sales network.
• To ensure effective sales performance and sales people management.
• Introduce new sales initiative and sales campaigns within the sales network.
• Drives the provision and maintenance of superior customer service throughout the catchment.
• Unbundling of segment value propositions at catchment level. This is particularly important were you may have a catchment with a cluster of branches.
Responsibilities

• To implement outputs-based sales and customer relationship strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• To ensure effective sales performance and sales people management.
• Manage the necessary administrative support to the consultants to achieve business objectives.
• Drive and support Sales Campaigns.
• Understand Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and service plan to deliver on customer needs/ expectations and targets.
• Track progress and performance against sales plan.
• Generation and maintenance of MIS.
Who we're looking for
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3 Year industry related Degree would be preferable.
• 5 Years related experience.
• Computer Literacy - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail etc.
• Presentation skills.
• 3 Year industry related Degree.
• 6 to 8 Years related experience.
Additional Requirements:
• Own Cell Phone.
• Own vehicle and drivers license.
• Full FAIS checks will be performed
