The purpose of this position is to provide research and product (system/process) design capabilities to the Organisational Performance and Development / OPD function for Group HR.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of Research and Development Consultant will have the following qualifications, experience and skills/competencies:
•Under-graduate degree in Social Sciences and post-graduate degree in Business
• Previous experience in Research and Development, system development/design and internal communications is a prerequisite
• Some experience in/knowledge of HR is preferred
• Some experience in/knowledge of Financial Services is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Business IT systems, Business knowledge, Business Writing
• Commitment to quality
• Presentation skills
• Problem-solving, systems-thinking
• Research and information gathering
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Teamwork and cooperation
