The purpose of the role of GroupManageris to develop, manage and integrate a talent management (employee life cycle) strategy and related practices and processes to support the achievement ofbusiness and people strategy.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of Group Manage will have the following qualifications, experience and skills/competencies:
• Honours degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences
• 8 -10 years experience in human resource management of which 3 years must have been at a senior level
• Degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences will be in added advantage
• Registered as psychometrist for Assessment Centre Purposes
