The purpose of this role it to provide support to the CEO and Sales Director.The candidate will be responsible for the production of quality documentation, the management of electronic mail and paper mail, the coordination of projects and events and the delivery of general administration.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the position of PA to the CEO and Sales Director should have the following education, experience and competencies:
• Secretarial/personal assistant experience at executive level
• A post-matric qualification will be an added advantage
• Financial understanding
• Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Exchange and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal-, organisational-, telephone etiquette- and time management skills
• Excellent command of English language - written and spoken
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
