1. Hands-on approach to project management

2. Technically oriented / sound with proven commercial track record

3. Proven ability to manage people on sites who sometimes do not have the required level of skills

4. Ability to manage conflicts

5. Ability and organizational skills to manage multiple sites at the same time

6. Proven ability to manage project risks and opportunities

7. Ability to manage the planners and planning processes

8. Proven ability to deliver projects within budgeted costs and profit
9.It will be for life of mine, electrical works, articulation, plant work and commercial building

Who we're looking for
1. Electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical industry at managerial level

2. Experience in renewable energy projects - wind farms and PV plants - would be an advantage

3. Electrical Engineering Degree
