Provide technical assistance with Mechanical equipment and system performance as well as the evaluation and recommendation of maintenance procedures and practices.

Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Have a minimum qualification of N6 Mechanical
• Be a qualified multi-skilled artisan in the Mechanical Trade and have worked as a mechanical foreman for at least 5 years.
• Previous management of maintenance systems experience as supervisor
• Must have underground experience in a Production and Mining Environment
• Have a sound understanding of all Mechanical engineering aspects.
• Be in possession of a valid Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket) or be able to pass the Company's medical fitness test.
• Be computer literate.
• Have experience in maintenance systems such as CMMIS
• Have an acceptable personal record.
Legal Requirements
• Valid Trade Test Certificate (Section 13)
• Valid code 08 driver's license
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and must be found fit to work in an underground mining environment, in line with the inherent requirements of the position
