Business Development Manager

Our client seeks talented Expat Business Development Managers to be based in one of their international offices to develop new business across all segments of their core client industries. You would be reporting to the Business Development Director or Sales & Marketing Director and functionally to Group GM.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- The development of new business to both new and existing clients
- High-level stakeholder selling at Board and senior executive level
- Developing strong internal relations to enhance cross border sales
- Developing knowledge of all service lines to effectively promote the complete range of services provided by our client
- Consultatively selling a solution that satisfies and exceeds a client's needs and expectations.
This role is a new business position, but as accounts are developed it will be the responsibly of the BDM to retain, cross and up sell to their clients

Who we're looking for
Exceptional Business Development Managers and Sales Professionals who are looking to work for an international company selling healthcare solutions into the Engineering, Mining and Infrastructure sector, as well as the Corporate and Government Sectors. Therefore you will need;
- Experience of complex sales cycles in a B2B industry
- Have a "Hunter" mentality to develop new clients in a target orientated environment
- Strong relationship management skills, delivering exceptional customer care and service, with an ability to develop new business within existing accounts
- A proven track record of profitable sales growth
- Ability to manage the interaction of medical and operational experts in the sales process
- Successful tendering and contract proposal writing, and strong negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, with foreign languages an advantage
- Degree level education with strong sales training background (Spin, Miller-Heinemann, Mercuri)
- Cultural awareness and international sales experience.
