This Medical Center plans to offer state-of-the-art cancer care services to the entire West Africa region with the development of a USD 40m "centre of excellence".

You will be responsible for implementing the mission, vision and goals for the private clinic, and driving operational activities.
You will advise key investors on strategic and operational business and performance issues, initiating change where necessary .You will be responsible for project managing cross functional teams in line with key objectives, budgets and timelines.
You will direct and participate in growth and acquisition activities whilst keeping budget forecasts and targets in mind.
From a marketing perspective, you will strive to optimise the Company's marketing strategies and representing the Company's interests.

You will be responsible for preparing all financial statements in accordance with IFRS as well as drafts for the annual financial accounts and audited accounts. Your duties will also include monthly reporting to the Board on the financial and operational performance of the Company, preparing annual budgets whilst guaranteeing budgets are respected.

Who we're looking for
For this very versatile role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A doctoral degree in medicine and/or Business/Financial oriented degree.
- A minimum of 15 years experience in the healthcare industry (clinical hospital, international
assistance company, medical NGO...).
- Experience in a corporate environment with an in depth understanding of financial management practices, operations and strategic needs.

You demonstrate an ability to perform in a challenging emerging market environment.
