The individual must provide products, services, programmes and information to external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organisation's mission and strategy in regards to the following key areas:
• Performance gap analysis
• Maintained client relationship
• Expand the number of internal client services
• Project management of development and implementation of learning curriculums
• Development of Learning strategies
• Customer liaison (Subject Matter Expert role)
• Development of distribution methods (project planning)
• Instructional and Curriculum design guidance
• Programme evaluation
• Evaluate learning interventions against specifications
• Manage the development of learning curriculums and content
• Manage the support and maintenance of the training admin processes
• Investigate the value and possibilities of new learning models and methodologies
• Provide a service across the entire business supporting all products and services
• Employee management
Key specific areas of expertise:
• Change management
• Relationship building
• Planning and organising
• Team management skills
• Communication skills (including written communication and presentation skills)
• Negotiation
• Project based financial skills
• Big picture thinking & analytical skills

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will come qualified with a Related degree (ETD, HRD or Equivalent) but a Post Graduate Degree would be preferred and must also have the following personal qualities:
