The Head of Business Change will Lead and coordinate delivery of appropriate business solutions through multiple business change initiatives, align business and IT solutions to the Business Strategy & operations, to enable my client to achieve greater flexibility & attain competitive advantage.
You will be requires to assume ownership for the content of the process architecture, aligning it with the organisation's strategy, enriching it with the business requirements and advise business on ways to improve efficiency by refining business processes. You will provide a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule budget objectives. You will also be responsible for all Change Management activities, to include new business planning prior to the production on Management.

Who we're looking for
• 7-9 years experience in assisting the business understand and manage delivery of a portfolio of projects with limited resources to achieve strategic goals
• Experience in delivery of large-scale business change initiatives, affecting change across operations, involving process engineering, IT development and people change
• 5-10 years Experience in large complex organisation solution delivery at a senior management level
• Experience in Business Process Management and Process Architecture definition and implementation
• Sound Business knowledge in financial services and IT
• Knowledge and application of Best Practice methodologies & practices (in areas of Project Management, BPM, Business Analysis, People Change, etc)
