Purpose of the role:
Responsible for strategising, planning and managing how the content will be stored, managed, displayed, edited, authorised, shared and published within the Content Management Systems (CMS) or html environment in order to ensure it is available for re-ise and shared across multiple sites and channels (web, mobile, etc)
Key Result Areas:
Overall responsibility for managing the content received from the business for display on digital channels (web, mobile and others as digital landscape evolves) ensuring it is stored, accessible, retrievable and re-used where relevant.
Formulates guidelines around content versioning, naming conventions, re-use etc.
Defines content approval processes and workflow activities around content authorization and publishing.
Plans and oversees the CMS/ file directory site navigation and channel structure for storing and retrieving content, as well as creating and managing classification categories, if required I,.e defines the content architecture in the CMS.
Defines Vignette content type definitions of other CMS related content

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be of degree calibre and possess the following as a minimum requirement:
• Total of 7 years experience in a communications and/or marketing role
• 3 years of which should be in professional writing
• 2 years working with web/online
• Have specialist working knowledge of electronic media channels, and existing/future back - and front-end technologies that drive them.
