To lead and manage the Human Resources function for South Africa (SA) and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). In addition, you will determine strategic plans for SA & SSA in alignment with local business requirements, group international priorities and global trends and delivery of these strategic objectives.
The position requires a professional HR leader with at least 5 years experience at a senior level with extensive operational experience in all HR areas. It is expected that the individual has proven capability in building and developing teams and must have a proven track record in execution of plans. The candidate must be able and willing to travel internationally and operate in Sub-Saharan Africa.
