This role entails, but is not limited to:Coordinating and managing Retail Banking and Unsecured Lending's participation in all Reward surveysthe organisationchooses to participate in, as well as Strategic Business Unit (SBU) specific surveys in the form of niche surveys, liaising with Group Reward in order to align with Group timelines in respect of Reward surveys and ensure consistency of participation in this regard, engaging with survey houses in preparation for surveys in terms of requirements from a submission and timeline perspective, coaching and advising each HR Business Partner (HRBP) with matching each role to a suitable market role. This ensures the quality and integrity of data submitted, which results in allowing for the SBU's competitive advantage, tracking unmatched roles and ensure that such roles are matched,planning timelines for payround activities as well as communicate timelines, data tools, payround pots and guidelines to HRBPs, extracting data from SAP to track progress wrt capturing of pay decisions, perform quality checks, including expenditure; exclusions and application of allocation rules as per policy (e.g. rating-defined limitations, employment condition exceptions, retirees, disciplinary cases, resignations), perform post-payround analysis of key trends and providing input in writing appropriate remuneration policies and procedures that are aligned to operational requirements and can be implemented successfully on across the SBU.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• HR, Commercial or Business degree
• SARA accredited Reward qualification (GRP)
• 2 years experience in generic human resources
• 3 years experience in reward environment
