The role of Remuneration Manager will require the incumbent to proactively analyse and develop a sound understanding of regional remuneration and benefit issues and practices and to conduct market surveys and benchmarks to ascertain the competitiveness of the Groups remuneration.
Based at the head office in Gauteng you will advise management on effective remuneration, benefit programs and policies, e.g. incentive schemes, salary models, etc, and will also need to coordinate the implementation of group policies and practices taking cognisance of operational dynamics and need.
Another aspect of the role will be to plan, organize, lead, monitor and coordinate the design and development of strategies for the effective application of policies, budgets and methods and to participate in remuneration and benefit projects and assignments.
This role will operate on a level where you will engage with management in regions and across the group on remuneration matters and Interact with local and international operations to facilitate the achievement of remuneration and benefit objectives.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Human Resources, Finance and or Business Management Qualification
• 5-7 years remuneration and benefit management in a multinational organisation experience<BR>• Design, execution and management total reward benchmarking and surveys experience<BR>• Job profiling and evaluation systems experience and
• Development of remuneration and benefit policies and procedures
