You will be required to execute tasks assigned by the Managed Services Project Manager.These tasks include: task management, status and statistical reporting, documentation, product roadmaps, forward planning for upgrades and installations, software development (where appropriate), testing and problem reporting.You will also be responsible for script development, implementation and testing. You will form an integral part of the IT support function.
Who we're looking for
• Degree
• System Administration skills as well as extensive shell scripting skills
• Extensive UNIX experience• Storage Solutions
• RAID architectures and their application
• Network Architectures are highly desirable, including hardware and software
• Knowledge of SS7 architectures
• Good understanding of the BSS (Base Station Subsystem), SSS (Switching Sub system) and GSM Technology
