The purpose of this role is to support the Training and Development Manager in planning, coordinating, evaluating and assessing the training interventions at the company.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• National higher Diploma in
• HR Good Generalist HR knowledge
• 3-5 years relevant experience<BR>• Registered skills development facilitator(SDF)
• Qualified SDF
• Legislative knowledge of SDA, SDLA, EE, BCEA Acts
• Artisan / technical/ production experience
