As the Internal Communications Manager, the key areas of responsibilities will be as follows:
• Contribute to the development an overall internal communication strategy for the Group
• Strategically communicate and build affinity of staff to the company values
• Write, edit and proof read all editorial relating to internal communication efforts
• Develop and manage strategic interventions for internal profiling of Group CEO and other senior executives
• Ensure Group-wide communication and understanding of standardised corporate communications tools
• Design, develop and distribute regular internal communications across the Group and in line with the strategy
• Manage and co-ordinate the image library
• Manage the creation and maintenance of a regular company-wide information network
• Initiate and contribute to internal communications projects across Group
• Prepare and distribute senior Group executive communication as required
• Assist Group departments with internal communications requirements across a range of internal print and electronic media
• Manage and update information on Group intranet
• Manage crisis communications teams/activities with regards internal communications

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Journalism
• 3 to 5 years corporate communications experience
• 2 years at a managerial level
• Must have cross-functional communication experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to develop and adapt internal communications methods according to a changing corporate environment
• Proven high-quality writing and sub-editing experience
• Strategic planning and delivery of communications
• Knowledge of photography
