The main purpose of role is to support and educate line managers in execution of HR-related activities and monitor line adherence to HR best practice and principles in order to help Bank achieve pre-eminence through its people.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• At least 5 years formal work experience, preferably in financial services
• At least 3 years in Human Resources in a project management or HR support function
• HR Generalist experience<BR>• Experience within Learning and Development
• Ability to conduct, assess and implement training.
