The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• A relevant HRD qualification
• 5-10 years training experience
• Understanding of the investment industry
• Experience in a service environment
• Knowledge and understanding of NQF and OBE
• Application of the coaching process
• Curriculum design
• Training Process and Methodology
• Training Material design
• Strong knowledge of Skills Development Legislation
• Knowledge of Wealth Systems, products and processes.
*Preference will be given to EE candidates
