Employee Development Practitioner

The purpose of the role is to support people development through the implementation of recruitment, training development processes that maximise employee and organisation effectiveness.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology
• At least 5 yrs post graduate experience in an HR environment
• Specific experience in training and skills development management and execution
• Experience in conducting competency based interviews.
